People and Culture Partner
£35,000 – £40,000 pa
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for leading the HR function in the business including the development of the Company culture, recruitment and selection, reward and recognition, talent management and succession planning, employee wellbeing, employee relations and any other HR related issues.
The post holder will maintain effective working relationships across the Company to ensure that all aspects of HR and employee development and wellbeing are delivered to a high standard and any issues are addressed promptly.
The post holder will work with the Director of Operations and the senior management team (SMT) to develop and implement the Company’s people strategy and deliver key projects.
As a new role, the specific duties and responsibilities will develop organically in the short term. The Director of Operations and the post holder will agree a final job description at an appropriate time.

Finance Officer
£34,000 – £38,000 pa
Mazuma is a leading subscription accountancy services provider committed to delivering high quality service and expertise to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth.
To qualify for this role you must be as a minimum part CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified with a view to continue studies to completion or preferably fully qualified.

Accountant x 2
£32,000-£38,000 pa
As a key player on our team, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the preparation of year-end accounts, tax returns, and company tax returns. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring deadlines are met and mentoring your team members to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include providing unparalleled customer service, creating customised management accounts with expert advice, and ensuring all deadlines are met without fail. You will also be the go-to person for client queries, preparing company accounts across a variety of sectors and more.

Assistant Accountant
£23,000 – £28,000 pa
Working alongside the Accountant on your team, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the preparation of year end accounts, tax returns and company tax returns, as well as managing the inbound client data. You’ll need to ensure all deadlines are achieved and individual team members are developed to their full potential. You’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on hitting targets.
A passion for customer care, swift communication and a desire to quickly increase your skill-set are vital for this role.
